Decorate a Lunch Box Cake
Popularized in Korea, these small “lunch box” cakes are a perfect activity for a day date or hangout! For our decoration, we went to a “bento” cake class at Kitsby—a Brooklyn cafe and bakery that makes at-home kits for a variety of sweet treats and snacks—where we made Monet and Van Gogh inspired frosting. While we did this activity through a class, you can also comfortably set up this project at home.
