Strawberry Drops

Need a refreshing treat to cool off in the summer sun? Try these Strawberry Drops, made out of greek yogurt, plus strawberry and matcha powder. Incredibly easy—and incredibly cute—these are a great alternative to frozen pops or ice cream.

Interested in the behind the scenes of this treat? We’ve got you covered:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries

  • 2 tsp. matcha powder

  • ziploc/piping bags

Instructions:

  1. Using a blender or food processor, blend frozen strawberries until they are a mushy or powdery consistency.

  2. In two separate bowls, scoop 1 cup of greek yogurt.

  3. In one bowl, add your frozen strawberries; in the other, add your matcha powder. Mix until powders have been fully incorporated.

  4. Fill two piping bags (or ziplocs) with each mixture.

  5. On a parchment-lined sheet, use your matcha mixture to create leaves.

    • They don’t have to be perfect! We recommend making four little “points” in a crown shape.

  6. Use your strawberry mixture to create the body attached to the leaves.

  7. Freeze overnight.

  8. Voila! You’ve made your own Strawberry Drops!
